The recent credit crunch has affected many areas of our lives, but the effect on our military will be hardest felt. They desperately need proper protection, supplies and equipment. BA Boycott was started as a response to the decision by British Airways to refuse an employee the right to wear a small cross around her neck. As a devout Christian, she felt that this was an important part of her faith, just as muslims, Sikhs and Hindus are allowed to wear items they deem part of their faith.
The site went live on the morning of the 23rd of November 2006 and quickly became a hot topic. The idea that there is a "holiday season" is based almost entirely on the existence of Christmas, Jewish celebrations notwithstanding. This subject has also been covered in Wikipedia.Logically, anyone celebrating a "holiday season" would be acknowledging Christmas even though they probably didn't mean to anyway. Even the actual word holiday derives from Holy Day.
